The Scion FR-S was brought to the North American market as part of a collaboration between Toyota and Subaru. Since its introduction in 2011, the rear-drive sports car changed the Scion brand; in a good way. This car single-handedly helped establish Scion as a force to be reckoned with in the sports car market. Sadly, the Scion brand along with the FR-S was disconnected in 2016. However, Toyota brought the FR-S back to life with their new Toyota 86. In the end, they’re essentially the same car just with different branding.
This FR-S is running an Injen intake, a Spec-D Tuning catback exhaust, Spec-D Tuning headlights, a Spec-D Tuning front lip, TRD side skirts, and Valenti tail lights all lowered on Tein Flex coilovers. A worthy car with modifications like these deserves wheels worthy enough for the car, right? This FR-S is running our Flow Forged CFF300’s in a Gunmetal finish. As for fitment, all four corners are 18×9.5 wrapped in 255/35 Lionhart tires. With a setup like this, eating corners on Angeles Crest is a breeze.
