Remember when Ford dropped the Mach-E and everybody got upset? Yeah, we don’t either. The Ford Mustang Mach-E has proven to be one of the greatest moves Ford has pulled in years. Bold statement? Maybe, but let’s be honest, the Mach-E is a sick car. People still like to complain and say it’s not a true Mustang, but it shares more with the 5.0 than you think. For example; you start ordering mods as soon you drive off the lot. See what we mean? Same thing! Jokes aside, that statement is mostly true. It almost feels like the Mach-E was born to be modified just like its V8 counterpart. At least that’s how we feel.
Back in the early stages of release, nobody really knew what would or wouldn’t fit this chassis. Fast forward to today, and the picture is clearer. We’ve done three other fitments for Mach-E aftermarket wheels in the past. One was 20×9 CFF50’s on a blue Mach-E, the second was 20×9 C48’s on a white one, and the third being 20×9 CFF50’s on the Shelby SEMA build. The consensus was that 20×9 on all four corners was the ideal fitment… or was it?
For the fronts we went with the standard 20×9, and for the rears he went with a wide 20×10.5. Sheesh. The rubbers the CFF50’s are wrapped in are no joke either. Fronts are sporting 255/45 Toyo Proxes S/TIII’s while the rears host a 295/40 of the same tire. Talk about BEEF.
