Arguably one of the most controversial cars to be released in recent history, the Stinger was Kia’s new flagship offering that was designed to ditch its old “boring” image and to get true gearheads thinking, “wait…is that a Kia?” With close to almost 400 horsepower and impressive track times, many would say they achieved their goal of creating a new image.
After some initial back and forth between the Flow Forged CFF25 and the CFF46, we ultimately decided that the CFF46 was going to be the one. With the wide space between the 10-spoke design, it gives enough visibility to see the massive red Brembo brakes behind the deep concave profiles. To add the deep look, each spoke seemingly floats above the step back lip.
The Stinger is a big boy, so we knew that running a 20” wheel is going to give the car the cleanest aesthetic. We opted to run a 20×9 up front wrapped in 245/30 tires and a 20×10.5 in the rear wrapped in a meaty set of 275/30 tires to achieve the optimal aggressive staggered stance.
