MK5 Toyota GR Supra Wheel Fitment Guide

The GR Supra is one of the most compelling fitment platforms in the current JDM lineup, and not just because it looks good on a set of wheels. The A90/A91 runs a 5×112 bolt pattern and a staggered OEM setup out of the box, which tells you exactly what Toyota and BMW had in mind when they designed the chassis. Getting the aftermarket fitment right on this car means understanding the difference between the 2.0L and 3.0L specs, knowing where staggered and square each make sense, and picking an offset that puts the wheel where the fender line actually wants it. This guide covers all of it, with confirmed specs and verified Flow Forged fitments built around what the A90 platform actually supports.

All fitments apply to the 2020 to 2025 MK5 Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91).

OEM Toyota GR Supra Wheel & Tire Fitment

Before you start cross-referencing sizing charts, know what you are working with. The Supra runs a 5×112 bolt pattern and a 66.6mm center bore across both the 2.0L and 3.0L variants. What changes between trims is the wheel diameter and width. The 2.0L starts on 18s from the factory, the 3.0L comes on 19s, and both run staggered from the factory with a wider rear. That staggered baseline is worth keeping in mind when you start making decisions about your aftermarket setup.

Available Toyota GR Supra Wheels

Every wheel below has been confirmed on the MK5 GR Supra platform. All are part of the Flow Forged lineup, manufactured through a flow forming process that compresses the barrel under high pressure to produce a wheel that is lighter and structurally stronger than a standard cast piece. On a car where feedback and balance matter as much as they do on the Supra, that reduction in unsprung weight has a real, measurable effect.

GR Supra Wheel Fitment by Size

Picking the right diameter is about more than aesthetics. Here is what each size actually means for the car.

19" Fitments

19″ is the right diameter for the A90/A91 Supra. It matches the factory spec on the 3.0L, puts you in the widest range of high-performance tire options, and keeps the sidewall height in a zone that works on both street and track without sacrificing visual proportion. Every confirmed Curva fitment for this chassis is 19″, and that is not an arbitrary call. It is where the platform performs.

Square

Running a square 19×10 setup all around is a legitimate choice on this platform, and a popular one in the track community. Uniform sizing means you can rotate tires, your replacement contingency at a track day drops to one size, and the visual result at 19×10 is a flush, wide stance that looks exactly as aggressive as it sounds. The Supra’s geometry accommodates it without modification at the offsets confirmed below.

Staggered

A staggered setup on the Supra mirrors what Toyota and BMW shipped from the factory. A narrower front keeps steering precise and responsive. The wider rear contact patch handles power delivery and supports the car’s weight balance. If you are driving the Supra the way it was intended, staggered gives you the fitment that works with the chassis rather than against it.

Staggered vs. Square: Which Setup Is Right for You?

Neither is the wrong answer. They reflect different priorities, and the Supra handles both well.

Square Setup

Same width front and rear. Tire rotation is back on the table, rolling circumference is identical corner to corner, and your consumable costs stay predictable. For a daily driver or a car that splits time between the street and occasional track use, square is the practical, sensible setup. The 19×10 all-around stance also happens to look exceptional on this chassis.

Staggered Setup

A wider rear wheel and tire gives the rear contact patch more to work with under power and lets the car rotate more naturally in corners. Staggered setups also produce a more visually dramatic stance, particularly when the rear fender is filled out properly. If you are building the Supra as a driver’s car and tire rotation is not a priority, staggered is the performance and aesthetic choice.

Not sure where you land? The staggered vs. square guide covers the geometry and real-world trade-offs in detail.

Flow Forged Wheels for the MK5 GR Supra

All of our Flow Forged fitments are engineered for the G20 platform. Flow Forged construction compresses the barrel under high pressure during production, resulting in a wheel that’s significantly lighter and stronger than a standard cast wheel without the cost of a full forged piece.

Every wheel in the lineup clears OEM brakes and fits the factory 5×112 hub without modification. Designed and engineered in Los Angeles.

Additional Fitment Considerations

Specs on paper are one part of the equation. Here is what else matters before you finalize an order on this platform.

Brake Clearance

All confirmed Curva fitments clear OEM Supra brakes, including the Brembo package on the 3.0L. If you are running an aftermarket big brake kit, reach out before ordering. Caliper heights vary significantly across BBK brands and we will confirm clearance before anything ships.

Suspension Clearance

The fitments listed here are confirmed for stock ride height. If you are running coilovers, clearance changes, specifically on the front inner liner at lock and at the rear with aggressive negative camber dialed in. Share your setup through the form below and we will confirm what works before you commit.

Quality & Certification

All Curva Concepts wheels carry JWL and VIA certification. That is independent structural testing under load conditions that exceed standard road use. It is not a sticker on a box; it is the baseline we hold every wheel to before it ships.

Warranty and Support

Every wheel is backed by our warranty and accidental damage replacement policy. If you have questions about coverage or need help confirming fitment compatibility, the team is available. Full details are on the warranty page.

Frequently Asked Questions

The MK5 GR Supra uses a 5x112 bolt pattern with a 66.6mm center bore. This is the same spec as the BMW Z4, which shares the A90/A91 platform, and it puts the Supra in the same fitment family as most modern BMW and Audi applications.

The 2.0L comes from the factory on 18" wheels. The 3.0L runs 19" OEM. For aftermarket fitments, 19" is the recommended diameter. It keeps you in the widest range of performance tire options and matches the proportions of the chassis. All confirmed Curva fitments on this page are 19".

Both work on this chassis. Staggered mirrors the factory setup and complements the Supra's rear-biased balance. Square opens up tire rotation and produces a wide, flush look at 19x10 that a lot of owners prefer. If track days are part of your plan, square is the more practical long-term setup. See the fitment section above for the full breakdown.

For a 19x9 front, +25 to +28 puts the wheel in a flush, clean position. For a 19x10, whether staggered rear or square all around, +28 to +38 covers the range from aggressive flush to a slightly tucked OEM-adjacent look. All offsets in the tables above are confirmed for stock suspension with no modification required. Use the fitment calculator if you want to visualize the difference before deciding.

Yes. The Supra's 66.6mm hub bore requires rings when running most aftermarket wheels. They are inexpensive and essential for centering the wheel correctly on the hub, particularly at track speeds where any imbalance becomes amplified.

275/35R19 is the confirmed pairing for a 19x10, whether you are running square or staggered rear. On a staggered setup with a 19x9 front, 255/35R19 is the correct front pairing.
