Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen Wheels
Not many people know this but the Jetta wagon is the same thing as the Golf wagon. I know, it’s confusing. But really the only difference is the name change. Volkswagen dropped the Jetta nametag after after the MK5, and from then on it was called the Golf SportWagen. With VW being a staple in the EUDM modification scene, it’s no surprise this Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen TDI was popular.
We’re not going to sugarcoat it, we know this Jetta wagon wasn’t built for speed. It was built to be a family car and a grocery getter. But like we mentioned above, everything Volkswagen makes is fair game when it comes car customization. Admittedly, we love that. There’s something special about modded European cars. If you can’t go fast, might as well be low and slow, right? That’s where we come in.

Jetta Wagon – Bags Are For Groceries
We dare you to find a Volkswagen that doesn’t look good slammed. It’s pretty much impossible. One could argue that running air suspension defeats the purpose of a practical car. We couldn’t disagree more. The beauty of air bags is that you can raise and lower the car freely, maintaining practicality.
Alright, enough convincing, let’s get to the best part! In addition to the air suspension installed on this Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen, this VW has a MK6 front end conversion which gives the wagon a super aggressive look. Taking the aggression to a new level, the car was slammed on our new Curva Concepts CFF70 wheels.
Surprisingly, the VW is running a staggered fitment: 18×8.5 in the front and 18×9.5 in the rear. As for tires, it’s running 215/35/18 on all four corners. Talk about stretch!
