Curva Concepts and Mustang’s go hand in hand, like Peanut Butter and Jelly. We’ve done quite a few in the past, and we feel like we’ve dialed in the fitment quite well. From the EcoBoost to the Mach-E, we’ve done it all. The S550 Mustang, in our opinion, is one of the nicest iterations of the pony car. And this specific one, is the well-respected Coyote V8 with a monster 5.0L pumping out 435-horsepower. Paired with an aluminum block, it makes for the perfect platform for modifications.

Look, for the purist, the Coyote V8 is the only way to go. The EcoBoost got a lot of hate when it was announced, but it was an evolutionary step that made sense. History and tradition aside, the S550 platform begs for a wide wheel and tire setup. With aggressive styling cues and wide fenders, fitting big beef in the wells is easier than ever.

This mean Coyote S550 is a thing of beauty. We linked up with the owner of this pony car after seeing how good the C300’s looked on his car. Let’s jump into the fitment specs, eh?

This car is running our Curva Concepts C300 finished in Matte Gunmetal. As for fitment, the S550 is mounted with 20×9.5 in the front, wrapped in 255/35R20’s. The rears, are a beefy 20×10.5 wrapped in super wide 285/30R20’s. Talk about meat.

Of course, due to the popularity of this car, aftermarket parts are super easy to come by. In addition to the wheel setup, the Mustang is lowered to a perfect height and has a custom exhaust system. Wrapping things up, you’ve got a badass Coyote badge on the fenders. Just in case you didn’t know this was a V8, it gets the message across.
