One of the first steps to taking your Audi S3 8V and 8Y to the next level of performance is upgraded aftermarket wheels and tires. There are a ton of resources online that cover wheel fitments, and sifting through all of it can be intimidating. In this fitment guide we’ll cover our research and development data and countless test fit sessions to help you find the perfect set of Audi S3 wheels.
This S3 fitment guide covers a wide range of fitments from OEM+ to more aggressive setups. As car enthusiasts ourselves, we place a great deal of attention on the minor details and understand that every vehicle presents unique needs. All of our Audi S3 wheels are designed and engineered to clear the factory brakes, and in some cases, aftermarket brakes.
Due to the nature of Audi’s Quattro system, all Audi S3’s come standard with square wheel setups. However, the S3 uses a Haldex-based all-wheel drive system versus a “true” AWD system. That said, it is possible to run a staggered setup on a Haldex-equipped S3, but it is crucial to match front and rear fitments with 3-4% variance.
For the sake of safety and an easy-to-understand fitment guide, we will not be recommending staggered setups for the Audi S3.
